Return and Refund Policy
We do our very best to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. However, if you need to return a product, we will reasonably work with you as best as possible to help make your return as easy as possible. With that said, below are the details of our return policy. Please read them carefully.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To make a return, please contact our customer service first so we can give you the proper return address as they vary by region. We may ask you to provide a proof of purchase.
Return Condition:
Items returned to us must follow the criteria below:
- Item must be in its original, undamaged condition
- Item must be unworn, unused and unaltered
Items That Can Be Returned:
- An item that was already damaged and/or broken upon arrival
- Items received that were not what you ordered such as the incorrect item, size, color, design, customization.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return time frame has been exceed
- Item was worn, washed, altered, tag(s) removed and/or is misused
- Items correctly designed based on your personalization choices
Return Shipping Fee:
- The original shipping charge and insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable
- A 30% restocking fee applies
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
